Real estate and construction law, business law, law of persons and family Law

Pascal Rytz

Founder of Espace Legal, he is driven by a deep conviction that law is a powerful tool for resolving even the most complex challenges.

After earning his Master’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva in 1994 and being admitted to the bar in 1998, Pascal built a distinguished career by founding and co-leading several law firms in Geneva and the canton of Vaud. Clients may recognize him from his work with Solutions Avocats, Arc Avocats, or more recently, AAA Avocats.

In 2020, as the world adapted to new ways of working, Pascal combined his passion for law and technology to create a more agile and client-focused legal service model. This vision led to the development of Espace Legal, where streamlined communication and digital tools offer clients greater flexibility and efficiency.

Taking flight from a marriage on the rocks

23 June 2025
by Pascal Rytz
Our marriage was destined for a bright future filled with love. But as time went by, my turtle-dove became increasingly jealous and invasive. Today, I'm constantly watched over by my turtle-dove, who makes increasingly violent scenes at the drop of a hat, insulting me and sometimes even hitting me...

All in the same net

23 June 2025
by Pascal Rytz
My neighbour is fun. He often has pretty birds flying by. However, he doesn't cause any trouble and respects the people in the building. It seems to me that he drinks with his wife and, if the opportunity arises, he makes ends meet. I was surprised to learn that he had been convicted...

I'm freaking out!

23 June 2025
by Pascal Rytz
My company was recently the target of a cyber attack. Our IT specialist is currently mobilised to assess the extent of the disaster: financial losses, recovery of compromised data, identification of potentially stolen information... Everything is under the microscope. But there's one question on my mind: am I legally obliged to tell anyone about this incident if I don't want...

by Pascal Rytz
My son plays video games all day long and he tries to explain to me that he's training like any top sportsman would! He talks to me about online competitions, cash prizes and other terms that completely escape me. According to his explanations, he's active in e-sport... Does that legally exist? D, Geneva E-sport...

Gun or toy

23 June 2025
by Pascal Rytz
I am a firearms enthusiast and own a number of firearms. I regularly practise shooting in a professional and safe environment. The other day, a newcomer, who wanted to try his hand at shooting, was holding a particular object in his hand: a plastic pistol that he told me he had created at home from a...

How to contest a fine

23 June 2025
by Pascal Rytz
One of the officers in the commune where I live is a bit trigger-happy when it comes to leaving butterflies on the windscreens of motorists, who end up being fined 40 francs for a yes or a no, often in a questionable manner. Of course, no one wants to hire a...
