The user's legal questions will be discussed with the chosen lawyer during a face-to-face meeting or remotely (video or telephone). The user is aware that, depending on the complexity of his/her request and the type of interview chosen, it may be necessary to continue the legal relationship established via this site in order to obtain a full and complete response to his/her questions.
The user undertakes to fill in the information concerning him or her truthfully and completely, so as to enable the lawyer to carry out any necessary checks.
The webmaster accepts no responsibility for the content of the lawyers' presentation pages, for the texts and photos published, or for the advice given by the lawyers in discussions with users.
Protection of personal data
Personal data exchanged between the user and the lawyer are covered by professional secrecy and protected by law, whatever the medium used.
The webmaster undertakes to treat this data with all necessary precautions to preserve the confidentiality and privacy of the user by minimising the risks of access by unauthorised third parties. No personal information will be transmitted to external services.
However, the webmaster and the lawyers using this site cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or corruption of user data as a result of technical problems (in particular bugs), network overloads, disturbances, intervention by third parties, hacker attacks or malicious acts of any kind beyond their control.
Site availability
Web-hosted IT applications can suffer discontinuities in the services offered to lawyers and users.
The webmaster offers no guarantee as to the availability, instability or computer errors of the website and the APIs used.
Users who notice any operating errors are invited to report them via the contact page to the webmaster, who reserves the right to suspend the website temporarily or permanently if its contractual conditions of use are not met.
