Adelina Sabedini
Adelina Sabedini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (2013) and a Master’s in Business Law (2014) from the University of Geneva, followed by a Certificate of Specialisation in Legal Practice (2015).
During her academic journey, she gained hands-on experience as an administrative assistant in construction firms, which gave her valuable insight into the operational realities of corporate life.
She completed her legal traineeship at a Geneva-based law firm, where she practiced across various legal domains including immigration, tenancy, and construction law.
After successfully passing the bar exam in May 2018, she joined a group of companies in the construction sector, where she currently serves as legal counsel. Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities—from drafting legal documents to representing companies before administrative and judicial authorities.

In her commitment to serving clients, Adelina Sabedini seamlessly balances her roles as legal counsel, in-house advisor, and law clerk at the Labour Court of Geneva. Her practice spans both local and international contexts, reflecting her adaptability and broad legal expertise.
In 2019, Adelina was appointed as a law clerk at the Labour Court of the Canton of Geneva.
Known for her pragmatic approach, she lives by the motto: “There’s a solution to every problem.”
