After earning his Master’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva in 1994 and being admitted to the bar in 1998, Pascal built a distinguished career by founding and co-leading several law firms in Geneva and the canton of Vaud. Clients may recognize him from his work with Solutions Avocats, Arc Avocats, or more recently, AAA Avocats.

In 2020, as the world adapted to new ways of working, Pascal combined his passion for law and technology to create a more agile and client-focused legal service model. This vision led to the development of Espace Legal, where streamlined communication and digital tools offer clients greater flexibility and efficiency.

Adulthood according to federal judges

29 June 2026
by Pascal Rytz
A while ago, my 17-year-old son received a payment order from the debt enforcement office at home concerning me, and he forgot to tell me about it. As a result, I have unfortunately received a notice of seizure! I did some research and discovered that debt collection documents can only be served at…

All work deserves a wage

23 June 2026
by Pascal Rytz
I saw last Sunday that the people of Vaud had agreed to introduce a cantonal minimum wage. As far as I can recall, our canton of Geneva also has such a wage. Is this the case, and if so, what are the differences between the two cantons? Robert, Onex Yes, Geneva has had a cantonal minimum wage since 2020. The canton of…

A vigilante in the city?

16 June 2026
by Pascal Rytz
I was out for a drive the other day in a charming village in the canton of Vaud when I spotted a shop selling local produce. As there weren’t many people around, I parked my car on the pavement for a few minutes while I popped in to buy a little souvenir. When I came back, I found myself face to face with a man who…

My husband and I both work at 100% and our two children go to school in the canton of Geneva. Their 13 weeks of holidays a year are sometimes difficult to manage. So I enrol them in various activities and sometimes camps so that they can do something constructive during these periods, but this year...

Those who pay their taxes stay afloat

2 June 2026
by Pascal Rytz
The company I work for has been trying to survive as best it can for several years in an increasingly competitive environment. The boss sometimes pays salaries a bit late, but on the whole we stick together and suppliers try to be understanding. I saw that bailiffs were...

A visa to govern them all?

26 May 2026
by Pascal Rytz
Between a Schengen visa and British authorisation, a tourist trip with a stopover in London requires a double procedure. The devil is in the administrative details. Two friends I met on a trip to Asia want to come and visit me in Switzerland. As they will be passing through the United Kingdom, they would like to say hello to Big Ben before discovering...

When parking meters break down

2 June 2026
by Pascal Rytz
Last March, I parked for a few minutes in a public car park to run an urgent errand. As I'm used to paying for my parking via the mobile application, I tried to register my arrival, but a malfunction prevented me from doing so. When I quickly returned to my vehicle, a fine had already been issued. However, I can demonstrate, with photos and...

Who's pulling the strings?

4 May 2026
by Pascal Rytz
I'm a young entrepreneur with limited financial resources. I have convinced an investor who wishes to remain discreet to follow me in my project. So he often invests through his companies. A lawyer friend of mine is now talking to me about transparency, beneficial ownership and the obligation to disclose. What do I need to do to comply? E., Versoix...

Flying over a nest of trouble

27 April 2026
by Pascal Rytz
For the Easter holidays, I'd planned to head south in search of the sun, but I decided against it for fear of being stranded due to the disruption to air traffic caused by the situation in the Gulf. Next time I'd like to know what I'm entitled to if my flight is in...
