Booking an appointment is quick and easy thanks to the practice's digital tools. You can use our online booking accessible from the website. Simply click on "Book an appointment and choose the type of meeting you would like (e.g. a telephone call or video conference). Then choose your lawyer, select the time slot that suits you from the availabilities offered and confirm the booking.

Espace Legal offers several consultation methods to suit the preferences and constraints of each customer. Here are the available formats:

Face-to-face interview (45 minutes) - A traditional consultation in one of our offices (Nyon or Geneva) lasting around 45 minutes. This format allows you to meet your lawyer in person in a professional and discreet setting. This is an opportunity to establish direct human contact, which is particularly appreciated for complex or sensitive cases requiring in-depth discussion of documents. As with the other formats, the duration and fee are transparently determined in advance (so there are no billing surprises).

Free telephone interview (10 minutes) - This is the first free contact callThis is a 10-minute meeting in which you briefly explain your situation to a lawyer. This short initial discussion is used to assess your issues and guide you through the next steps. free of charge and without obligation.

Telephone interview (45 minutes) - Full consultation by telephone, allowing you to discuss your case in detail with a lawyer for approximately 45 minutes. This format is suitable if you want in-depth legal advice from the comfort of your own home or office. The cost is set transparently before the session (the firm's standard fee) and the confidentiality of your telephone exchanges is fully guaranteed.

Videoconference interview (45 minutes) - Online consultation, using a secure videoconferencing tool (e.g. Zoom or Microsoft Teams). For around 45 minutes, you will discuss face-to-face remote with your lawyer, enabling visual interaction and easy document sharing if required. This eliminates the need to travel and offers additional convenience, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Yes, Espace Legal does offer a free initial 10-minute telephone interviewThere is no obligation on your part. The aim of this brief initial exchange is to enable you to present your legal problem to a lawyer and receive an initial opinion or guidance. At the end of these 10 minutes, the lawyer may, depending on the complexity of your situation, either suggest simple solutions or suggest that you schedule a longer consultation (for a fee) to discuss the matter in greater depth. You are entirely free to decide whether or not to proceed: this free call does not imply any contractual obligation.
