Real estate and construction law, business law, law of persons and family Law

Pascal Rytz

Founder of Espace Legal, he is driven by a deep conviction that law is a powerful tool for resolving even the most complex challenges.

After earning his Master’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva in 1994 and being admitted to the bar in 1998, Pascal built a distinguished career by founding and co-leading several law firms in Geneva and the canton of Vaud. Clients may recognize him from his work with Solutions Avocats, Arc Avocats, or more recently, AAA Avocats.

In 2020, as the world adapted to new ways of working, Pascal combined his passion for law and technology to create a more agile and client-focused legal service model. This vision led to the development of Espace Legal, where streamlined communication and digital tools offer clients greater flexibility and efficiency.

by Pascal Rytz
Are our grandchildren heirs? "I've been married for over 35 years under the regime of separation as to property. I'd like to know who will inherit on the death of my husband, who is seriously ill. We had two children who are already the parents of 2 children each. Will my grandchildren also receive...

Don't fall for it!

19 June 2025
by Pascal Rytz
Don't fall for it! I like to cycle in Geneva city centre, but I find that the signs are sometimes unclear. For example, on a street perpendicular to one of the quays bordering the Rhône, there's a sign saying "No cycling", but there's no reminder of...

Don't let the blues get you down!

19 March 2025

Don't let the blues get you down! My family owns a small, modest building in the canton. One of our tenants has informed me of an infestation of cockroaches and rats that urgently needs to be treated throughout the building. The problem is that another tenant, who is a bit of a maverick, stubbornly refuses to let the company in charge of...

Do you no longer have the right to quit your job?

19 March 2025
by Pascal Rytz
Don't you have the right to quit your job? I didn't get on so well with my boss that I ended up slamming the door on my job. The unemployment fund informed me that I would have to pay a penalty. I think that's unfair when we're required to pay insurance every month against this kind of...

My flight is cancelled the day before departure

19 March 2025
by Pascal Rytz
My flight was cancelled the day before departure" I was due to take the Easyjet flight to Tel Aviv on 8 July, but I was informed by e-mail that it had been cancelled the day before, because a large number of pro-Palestinian activists were arriving at Ben Guiron airport on the same day. This can happen when there's a strike or an eruption...
